Ok I have to spout off about Medicaid. I work for HCPF and watch the ridiculous policy from the inside. You are right, we keep expanding services with no thought to any fiscal accountability. We take pride in spouting off about #healthcareforall. We have created a new name for illegals. They are now expansion population. What kind of bs virtue signaling is that? The lesbian Polis appointee that runs the show takes rainbow pride in forcing EDI down our throats with mandatory goals in our annual evaluations.
