It’s Not ‘Care’—It’s Child Mutilation, and It Must Stop

WASHINGTON, DC - DECEMBER 04: Transgender rights supporters and opponent rally outside of the U.S. Supreme Court as the high court hears arguments in a case on transgender health rights on December 04, 2024 in Washington, DC. The Supreme Court is hearing arguments in US v. Skrmetti, a case about Tennessee's law banning gender-affirming care for minors and if it violates the Constitution’s equal protection guarantee. Colorado Newsline wants you to believe butchering kids is ‘gender-affirming care.’ It’s not. It’s state-sanctioned abuse, wrapped in rainbows and funded by federal power grabs.

Colorado Newsline (shockingly) continues its campaign as the PR team for progressive lunacy with its article defending so-called ‘gender affirming care’ for minors. No surprise who penned it—one of their usual propagandists pretending opinion pieces are journalism.

The Bullet Point Brief

  • The article glorifies gender transition treatments for MINORS like it’s a school bake sale, not irreversible medical interventions.
  • Colorado’s leftist lawmakers treat puberty blockers and surgeries like fruit snacks—hand them out and dare the feds to interfere.
  • Governor Polis wants federal protections for what amounts to legalized child mutilation. Nothing says “freedom-loving” like government-subsidized confusion.
  • The entire piece is basically a bouquet of buzzwords like ‘equity’ and ‘trans joy,’ instead of reality checks and biology books.

My Bottom Line

Let me say this slow enough that even the gender studies grad who’s writing these articles can follow: You don’t mutilate children and call it compassion. If you’re an adult and want to tinker with your biology—Godspeed, that’s your business. But when you start taking scalpels and hormones to confused thirteen-year-olds, we’ve entered moral bankruptcy territory with no return policy.

Here’s how sick this is: Leftist states like Colorado are actually sprinting toward making our state a sanctuary—not for safety—but as a butcher shop for teen confusion. Cross state lines, get pumped full of hormones, maybe slice something off—and all cheered on under the banner of ‘joy’ and ‘inclusiveness.’ Give me a damn break.

A society that fails to protect its most innocent—its kids—is circling the drain. As adults, we’re supposed to be the brakes on adolescent chaos, NOT the gas pedal blazing toward irreversible damage. Instead of finding help for children in crisis, they’re handed needles by surgeons with rainbow flags stitched onto their scrubs – all the while preparing the bill for this madness. That isn’t medicine—it’s madness dressed up in virtue-signaling garbage bags and billable procedures.

This isn’t about politics—it’s about protecting children from ideological predators hiding behind the mask of healthcare companies padding profit margins. Let kids be kids without having radical agendas shoved down their throats—or removed from their chests.
