AP Clickbait vs. Trump’s Surgical Strike on Iran’s Nuclear Sites

Written by Scott K. James

AP’s “inserts itself” headline reeks of clickbait—Trump’s surgical strike on Iran’s nukes was constitutional genius with zero U.S. casualties.

I am commenting on THIS ARTICLE in the Denver Gazette…

The AP’s breathless claim that the “US inserts itself into Israel’s war” reads like a clickbait conspiracy rather than sober journalism—this wasn’t Uncle Sam crashing someone else’s birthday party, it was a coordinated strike with our closest ally, fully within the commander-in-chief’s constitutional authority.

And must we coddle keyboard critics by calling it a “risky gambit”? Newsflash: military operations always carry risk—the real gamble would be doing nothing while Iran inches toward a bomb. Tell me, was it “risky” for our stealth bombers to obliterate Fordo, Natanz, and Isfahan, or does “risk” only apply when keyboard warriors in Washington can’t catch a tweet without breaking a sweat?

President Trump’s decision was nothing short of surgical genius. With zero American casualties and not one shot fired in anger at our B-2 stealth bombers, the U.S. delivered a knockout blow to Iran’s Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan enrichment sites—“completely and totally obliterated,” as Trump proclaimed (reuters.com). Thirty Tomahawks and six Massive Ordnance Penetrators later, the world is a safer place, free from the looming specter of a theocratic regime armed with nuclear weapons. Meanwhile, Iran’s four-decade serenade of “Death to America! Death to Israel!” finally met with action that speaks louder than threats.

There were zero American casualties, zero civilian deaths at those hardened, underground sites, and zero justification for endless hand-wringing over “escalation.” Iran has spent 40 years chanting “Death to America, death to Israel”—do we really believe they were planning a tea party if allowed to go nuclear? Every kidnapping, every bombing, every American life lost at their hands demanded a decisive response, and Trump delivered. While Democrats squawk about impeachment, our brave airmen executed a flawless strike that makes us—and the world—safer.

What say you? Was this the exercise of robust presidential authority and sound military strategy, or are the naysayers simply allergic to American strength? Drop your take in the comments below—just be ready to field the facts when the next keyboard general labels it a “gambit.”
